How long does it take after I update my payment?
We re- process payments manually, so there’s usually a delay. As soon as it’s processed, the website is up right away.
Can I cancel my website?
You can cancel your website at any time. Here’s how to cancel your website: 1. In the main menu, click on the icon on the far right. Most people have an account picture here. 2. Click on Cancel Website. 3. Choose an option here. 4. Click on Cancel Website.
Do you accept Visa and Mastercard Vanilla?
Yes. We accept prepaid Visa and prepaid MasterCard. We also accept regular Visa and MasterCard, and Interac Visa should work as well.
How long before my website is activated again?
Your website becomes active within 12- 24 hours after making a payment.
How do I update my credit card information?
You can add a credit card or update your credit card information at anytime. Here’s how: 1. Click on the Settings tab. 2. Click on Billing. 3. Click on Add Credit Card. 4. Fill out your card information and click Submit.
